Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced student of yoga, or somewhere in between, know that you have come to the right place. Trinity Yoga offers Kundalini Yoga classes for all fitness levels to increase strength, flexibility, and balance the mind, body, and soul for health and wellbeing.
Are you looking to relax and improve flexibility? Are you afraid you cannot do yoga because you are not flexible? Are you looking to tone, increase muscle strength and lose weight? Are you already in great shape but want to relax and deepen your mind body connection through exercise and meditation?
Whatever it is, Trinity Yoga offers classes for all levels of ability. Each class is carefully planned so that everything gets worked on. At the end of class you will feel refreshed, renewed, and relaxed.

Below are a few tips to get you started: -Please check the Class Schedule page for current dates and times. -Please arrive a few minutes early for your first class, to get settled before class begins. -Please turn off your cell phone while at class, or better yet, leave it in the car! -Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. -Don't forget your mat! (But if you do, I have some you may use.) -Props such as blankets, blocks, and straps are not necessary to practice yoga. However, some people find them helpful, so feel free to bring them if you like. (Or, you may use the props available at the studio.) -Try not to eat a large meal 2-3 hours before class. -Classes are for all levels, beginners to advanced students are all welcome. -All classes are open, no pre-registration necessary. -Relax and know that you are among friends!
